Residence Visa for Real Estate investment in Spain
Spanish law 14/2013 provides for the possibility of obtaining a residence visa to real estate investors and entrepreneurs.
Who can request it?
Nationality
Intended for foreign nationals from non-EU countries.
Investment
Real estate investment in Spain worth at least €500,000 must be proven.
Family
Spouses, minor children (or dependent legal age children) and/or dependent elder may also be suitable for a visa application.

The estimated cost of the service is 1% of the property price
One of the requirements stipulated by the Law to acquire a residence permit is that the investment of €500,000 be free of charges and taxes. However, a mortgage or other encumbrance can be created for the part of the price that exceeds €500,000.
With the Golden Visa you have the right to reside and work throughout the national territory. In addition, you can do it on your own or someone else's account also this authorization allows you to travel freely through the 26 European countries.
